Sourced from the Hechere buying site in Oda Muda Kebele near Gerba town in Ethiopia’s Guji region—where high-elevation farms (2,200–2,350 masl) and careful wet processing lend clarity and refinement—this coffee reflects the Shonora family’s meticulous milling and sun-drying practices. In the cup shines with fragrant jasmine and orange blossom florals, tea-like delicacy, hints of lemon peel, pear, and white peach, and a syrupy sweetness that carries through to a honeyed, lightly caramelized finish. A real treat with a score of 93.3!
