January 2026 Update

Happy New Year from the Shed! This year, I’m excited to try something new by sharing a monthly update to let you know what’s coming your way at the Shed—and January is starting strong.

First up is Sweet Spot, our latest Colombian coffee from Diego Lopez in El Tambo, Nariño. Grown high in the Andes and carefully washed, it’s smooth and comforting with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, fig, grape, and a bright citrus lift.

Joining it is a vibrant Ethiopian natural from Dogo Sodu, bursting with juicy fruit character and layered sweetness. Together, these coffees set the tone for the year ahead—balanced, expressive, and full of promise.
