Golden Hour

Sourced from Finca La Bastilla high in Nicaragua’s Jinotega region, this micro-lot grows in rich volcanic soils at elevations above 1,200m, where the cool mountain climate allows the cherries to mature slowly and develop exceptional density and sweetness. Carefully washed at the estate’s own micro-mill—where cherries are sorted, depulped, fermented, and dried with precision—the process highlights the farm’s terroir and the distinctive character of Nicaraguan coffee. In the cup it opens with smooth chocolate and toasted nut notes, bright citrus accents, and a gentle dried-fruit sweetness, finishing clean, balanced, and warmly comforting.
