Ethiopia Dry Process Guji Uraga

Sourced from smallholder farms in the high elevations of Uraga, Ethiopia, this coffee grows among the semi-forested hills of one of Guji’s most celebrated coffee regions. After harvest, ripe cherries are carefully sorted and naturally processed on raised beds, developing the deep fruit character and sweetness that make Ethiopian naturals so distinctive.

Juicy cranberry and orange lead the cup, layered with molasses-like sweetness, warm chai spice, and rich cocoa. Bright berry and citrus acidity give way to darker chocolate and subtle baking spice for a complex, fruit-forward finish.
